Who is Iluna?

Iluna? He’s an awesome guy.
YEAH HOW I WISH I AM THAT AWESOME.
I’m 25 this year. Single. An animation student currently studying in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Second year student. Currently majoring in Advanced Animation, which specializes in almost every aspect of the field itself including Seiyuu and Afureco (After Recording). Currently living in Sashiougi, Saitama. For those who don’t know much about me : I’m from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Therefore unfortunately, I’m not Japanese.
I’m basically open to every kind of anime. Sucky or not, If I were to be given a title to watch I’d sit down and give it a watch regardless, and rage comes later. Fandoms wise, I’m very much paying attention to any Key related, Lucky Star, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Ah! My Goddess, Kannagi, Reborn! and many more. My fandoms are wide, but you just need to mention the right series, and we can talk for a long long long long while. If we click, of course.
I pay my most attention to especially Makoto Shinkai and his works, and if you can see anything from there, my favourite genre has got to be stories that touches the issue of humanity and it’s emotion the most. With that said, works like Ghost in the Shell, Jin-Roh, Beyond the Clouds, Clannad, AIR, Planeterian are usually stories that evoke the emotions of the viewers, and I especially adore those.
I play games as well, especially in the field of RPG and Action game. Thanks to Japan as well, I’m also into Arcade fighting games. I’m also an avid fan of Taiko no Tatsujin as well. Aside from mainstream games, I’m also into doujin games. ESPECIALLY Touhou series, I am always fond with Danmaku games, be it I sucked at it or not.
I’m also especially into songs. Ani-songs, J-rock, J-metal and J-pop aside, I’m more varied and open to songs around the globe. As long as it’s good stuff, I’m all for it. I’m also into Seiyuus and their issues, although I’m not too knowledgable about it, but at least I adore the voices of the people who contributed their roles to entertain viewers. For your record, my very favourite seiyuus would be, but not limited to : Kikuko Inoue, Nogami Yukana, Maaya Sakamoto, Mamoru Miyano, Midorikawa Hikaru, and Jun Fukuyama.
That should be it I suppose.
For any questions or inquiries, you can always look for me at IRC, Rizon server, Channel #dasaku, or #emina. E-mails wise…I prefer it to be kept secret. You can also look for me at Beyondirc.net server of Channel #comicfiesta. I’ll always be there.

NICKNAME ORIGIN
Years ago, I have always wanted a nickname that I can use to confuse people. And gender is the best way to do so because in the cyberspace, you’ll never know who I am unless I reveal it myself. So I started with a simple name of “Luna”. And 計画どおり, people fell for it. 99% of the time.
It was not until 2003 where I decided to made it worse, so I decided to put some spice into my nickname : At first I went for Luna Holybell Enzoera. Which is actually a character I created myself out from sheer boredom (to be exact, it was for a story I made for my own). Until I realized that things might have gone out of hand, so I decided to use an alphabert to tone down the feminity of the name. Hence Iluna was created. It didn’t work, of course.
At the beginning of 2008, I had my nickname fully finalized and went with Iluna Minori. Which it will serve as my author name for my works if I created any. Like most of the Japanese artist out there.
Most of the time, I’m mistaken as a female. You can keep thinking of me this way. Elsewise, I’m a guy. The nick is 90% original, as well. The remaining 10% would be the name “Minori”, which I took and applied it after one of the profolic seiyuu named Chihara Minori – Who is famous for the role Yuki Nagato of the Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu fame. In fact, the kanji of Minori (稔) is actually referring to another existing seiyuu, Shiraishi Minoru, of Lucky Star fame (and others), which his Minoru is also written in the same manner.

OTHER MEANS OF CONTACT
There are always ways to get contacted with me – but likewise whether I’ll be able to reply to your contact or not depends entirely on myself. Not necessary not replying to you means anything – I might just be lazy, or I might really dislike you to the point I decided to not reply you…so who knows? If it’s an urgent call, I’ll definitely reply for sure.
Here would be references on where you can actually find me. Afterall, this is not the only place I’ll be.
